Ki Tavo, 12 Elul 5777

September 3, 2017

We have become a world that thrives on communication.  When something bad happens, it is only seconds before everyone in the world is alerted either by news, text, social media or some other modern communication device.  Even though we have all of these methods of being "connected", one thing is still lacking in our society:  communication.  We perceive things from our ego self instead of allowing them to reach the soul level before we jump to conclusions and react.  The first step to forgiveness is communication.  If we look over our past year and examine the times that we were quick to act negatively towards others, perhaps we will see that it was due to a lack of communication.  Spend some time this week asking for forgiveness from those you may have wronged.  See if you can find a resolution through communicating from the higher self rather than from the ego.  Life will be less complicated when we learn to truly communicate.  Ketivah vachatimah tovah (May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year).

Please Donate To Keep Kabbalah4All Going
The word "tzedakah" in Hebrew means charity, but actually the word is derived from the root word which means righteousness, justice or fairness. Giving is not viewed as a generous act, it is simply an act of righteousness and justice. Tzedakah is in many ways an exchange of energy and is a visible expression of gratitude in this world for that which we have received. We rely on the generosity of others so that we may make our siddurim (prayer books) and other resources available for all, as well as continue to offer meaningful studies and inspiring services. Please help support our community by making a DONATION. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
